This guarantee is valid only under normal operating conditions for which the unit is intended. Works great! I had to test it a few times to find the correct level I needed for my fish, but once I got that everything has gone smoothly! It would have been awesomely if it was included with my Flex tank, but it wasn’t like they mislead me or anything.
